Create lasting memories in this comfortable five-bedroom retreat featuring a private heated pool and on-site EV charger. Enjoy a prime location just 15 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Downtown Orlando and Universal Studios, and 33 minutes from the Kia Center.

➤ Just a heads up, guests can`t use the closet in the entryway, but you will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home.
➤ Two parking spot passes available. You can find extra parking at nearby stores. No commercial vehicles allowed – violators might get towed.

This peaceful residential community offers a relaxed, family-oriented atmosphere, perfect for guests seeking both comfort and convenience during their stay. The surrounding area is quiet, well-maintained, and ideal for evening walks or enjoying Florida’s warm weather.
Just a short drive away, you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, and everyday essentials. The area blends suburban calm with easy access to entertainment, shopping, and modern conveniences that visitors appreciate.
The neighborhood is also positioned near popular Central Florida attractions, golf courses, and parks. Whether you`re heading to the theme parks, exploring local dining options, or enjoying a day on the greens, everything is close enough to make your trip smooth and enjoyable.
➜ Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available and usually quick to arrive.
➜ Local bus routes provide affordable access to nearby shopping areas and transportation hubs.
➜ Many destinations are within a short drive, making rental cars a convenient option.

➜ Taxis and private shuttle services can be booked for airport transfers or trips to theme parks.
➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
➤ Unfortunately, I can`t offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for any packages you order to the unit.

1. Please contact me through the platform if you have any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary, so i can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am, and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $25 charge per additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.
9. A $50 fee will apply for any missing parking passes after check-out. Guests are required to return all parking passes to the original pick-up location and provide photo confirmation before departure.
10. There will be a $200 charge if you lose the Ev charger key or adapter.
