The Space:

This third-floor walk-up has no elevator and sits near Hawthorne's restaurants, cafes, breweries, shops, transit, and neighborhood streets.



Inside, the apartment has two queen bedrooms, one full bathroom with tub, a compact kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, cookware, coffee maker, in-unit washer/dryer, and shared building WiFi. It’s a cozy base for exploring the neighborhood.



Cooling and primary heat come from a mini-split in the living room, with cadet heat as backup. The bedrooms do not have individual AC units, so airflow can be less direct with bedroom doors closed.



The kitchen is compact.

Commonly known as “Foodie Row,” the Hawthorne/Buckman District places you within walking distance of a wide variety of top-notch local flavors! Make new friends over a meal at the Cartopia food cart pod, share a pie at Apizza Scholls.



Getting Around:

🚶 Walking — This neighborhood sits between the Division and Hawthorne corridors, two of Portland's best streets for dining and shopping — both within easy walking distance.



🚌 Bus — TriMet FX2 (Division) connects to downtown; Route 75 (Cesar Chavez) connects across the city. Check current schedules.



🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Plan a cycling route that suits your trip.



🚗 Driving — Public street parking is available where signs permit; check costs and restrictions. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) pickup times vary.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
