This gem is in the heart of the West End in Long Beach, NY! Sleeps 2. Just 500 ft to the ocean, this fully furnished home includes driveway parking and all amenities.
- Driveway: huge bonus, especially during the summer! Also a walk or short ride from the train.
- 2 houses away from the main street with restaurants, shopping and nightlife.
- 1 minute walk to the boardwalk.

Space is light and open with a great beach bungalow vibe.
- Open concept living room / kitchen / dining area
- 1 bedroom (queen size bed w TV)

- Use of outdoor BBQ
- Kitchen (spices, Brita, Nespresso machine- you must bring pods , tea kettle/bags, creamers etc.)
- 2 dedicated beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and beach toys
- 2 beach passes included!
- Parking: In the summer you can spend hours circling for parking.

Makes life much easier to just pull into a private driveway. Driveway can fit 4 cars - 1 space is dedicated for you. If more spots are needed we can chat.

Cute, quiet , and clean. Very close to W. Beech St , but set back so quite private. Easy walk to several delis and restaurants, and the beach and Boardwalk are just a few blocks away. Bed is very comfy . Only suggestion is adding a few more pots and pans in the kitchen in case someone was staying more than just 1-2 nights. However, Nespresso machine was perfect! Thanks again!

Cottage in outside disrepair

The entrance to cottage was in disrepair. Stairs and handrail cracked and wooden floor boards separating. Missing part of handrail at entrance. Apt was clean and bedding comfortable. Certainly a hazard.to anyone staying there.

A bit misleading and a forgotten reservation

Vrbo's main marketing point is that you get your own private space. I was disappointed on arrival to find that what I assumed was a small cozy home, was instead the back end of someone else's, renovated to hold a couch, a table, and a bed that consumes almost the entirety of the room it's in. The owners were confused by my arrival and the rental was not ready when I arrived for my 3pm check-in and the driveway that's advertised in the listing had the owners car and to share was a tight fit (not a problem with the owners, but when vrbo says you'll have the place to yourself and you end up sharing a driveway in a place with limited parking, you feel a bit cheated). The space felt cramped and minimal, not particularly worth the expense. Spent a total of maybe two hours within the property and decided that the 3 hour drive back to my own bed would be better than attempting to get comfy in a space I didn't particularly fit in. Water pressure was poor and temperature had poor regulation in the shower/bathroom.
