The host was very helpful. There were some things we had to fix during our stay. Other than that it was a nice place to stay. The drive up to the cabin got a little confusing and make sure to take a AWD or 4WD vehicle especially during the winter months.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We appreciate you noting our responsiveness and are glad you still enjoyed your stay overall. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again.
This cabin was perfect! Well furnished and loved that it allowed my dogs. The property management company was very responsive via text message which was great! The only thing to be ware of is that 4 wheel or AWD is vital. The road to the cabin is steep and one way. Other than the road to the cabin, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!

Thank you for your kind words! We're so glad you loved the cabin and that it was the perfect fit for you and your pups. Our team takes pride in being responsive, and it's great to hear that communication was smooth. The road is definitely an adventure, but we're happy you had a fantastic stay despite that! We’d love to host you again.
Very clean, new property. Well-equipped. Living room furniture wasn’t the most comfortable for TV watching…which we only did because the weather was rather inclement. Would recommend.

We appreciate your feedback about the living room furniture and will look into making it more comfortable for TV watching. We’re glad the weather didn’t dampen your overall experience, and we appreciate your recommendation. We hope to host you again in the future!
We stayed at the cabin for a week. It was perfect for our family of 6. The cabin was exactly as advertised and had plenty of space for everyone. The driveway was a bit of a challenge. You definitely want to have a vehicle that can handle steep gravel hills!! Other than the driveway, our stay was perfect.

It’s wonderful to know that the property matched your expectations and contributed to a great stay. We appreciate your feedback about the driveway and understand that it can be a bit of a challenge. Beautiful Property and Pristine accommodations--perfect for families.
Great stay, overall! The view was amazing, and the space was pristine and just as the listing stated. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, plates, etc. (no seasonings, etc., which we didn't mind). My only complaint was that the VRBO listing was over $500 more than the Summit Cabins website (which I found AFTER I had already booked my stay). Road was a bit bumpy coming up, but we knew that beforehand, so no biggie there. We would totally stay here again!

Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We really appreciate it! We look forward to having you stay with us again!
Absolutely stunning views and will keep this cabin close in mind for future visits!A little confusing at first to find the cabin so it took some time to find. I will note that we did get there at night! When we had a little bit of an issue, they were very quick with their response and had someone at the cabin resolving said issue within an hour! Extremely friendly and quick! If you’re wanting somewhere to stay as a little get away and want Mountain View’s, this is the place! Location is also great too if you want to be close to in town activities! (Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg)

Thank you for your kind words! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the stunning views and found our team responsive and friendly. We apologize for any confusion in finding the cabin, especially arriving at night. We're glad it didn't take away from your overall experience. We look forward to welcoming you back for future visits and appreciate your recommendation!
The cabin is simply beautiful. My family enjoyed everything about it. Everything is as listed. We had just a couple of small issues. We could not find the right remote for the tv in the movie room or main level living room. However, there were plenty of other tvs that worked fine. It is pet friendly however, there really isn’t a green space for your dog to go to outside. I did miss the part about needing AWD or 4WD to access the cabin. Luckily we had that on both vehicles. You will need it no matter the weather. I would absolutely stay here again. The views were amazing. We loved the multiple decks. If you choose to stay there, you will not be disappointed.
