Minutes from Hidden Valley and Seven Springs. Nestled right across from Kooser State Park. This mountain retreat sits on 6 secluded acres off of Glades Pike Rd Rt 31.
This Somerset chalet was modern-renovated while preserving its woodsy charm in 2023. It boasts a massive great room with wood burning fireplace, fully renovated baths and kitchen, with brand new appliances and fully equipped for any chef to enjoy. With plenty of space for 10+ guests to relax and unwind, there are 3 inviting bedrooms each with unshared walls and excellent privacy, a charming loft, and dining seating for 14.
The large primary suite has a queen bed (and option for additional twin rollaway), smart TV, newly renovated en-suite bath with shower/tub combo, and private deck access. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and private deck access. Bedroom 3 has a smart TV, 1 twin-over-twin bunk, and 1 twin-over-twin trundle (4 twins total). Bath 2 is independent and equipped with twin shower heads. Additionally, a beautiful loft sits above the great room, with 2 twin beds and a queen futon.
The property features excellent amenities such as WiFi, AC, smart TV’s, and washer / dryer.
Outdoor attractions include a grill, fire pit, dining table and chairs, and for summer bookings a large in-ground salt system swimming pool and chaise sun chairs. And for winter books a 7 person hot tub!
This stunning property, tucked privately away, is the perfect place to call home base while you explore the nearby resorts and greater Laurel Highlands. We know you’ll enjoy your stay!
***As with all mountain properties Four Wheel Drive is recommended in the winter months. The driveway is steep at points, plowed when necessary, but caution is advised.
