Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
No need to strip beds. We do this as part of our pre-inspection. We only ask to hang wet towels.
Please make sure hot tub is covered and secured.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Seven springs and Southwind community quiet hours start at 11 PM and run till 7 AM.
All pets must be on a leash when walking in the community. All pet waste must be picked up.

I live and raise my family on this mountain—it’s truly our favorite place in Pennsylvania. I’m a serial entrepreneur and a father, and this business gives me the flexibility to almost never miss a kids’ event while still being available whenever a guest needs something.

Why they chose this property

I started this business after moving here. We just couldn’t part with our vacation condo—it held too many special memories and was in the location we knew we wanted to settle in after raising our kids. Around the same time, Airbnb was starting to take off as a real business opportunity.

With my background as a contractor and as a local resident, I knew I could offer guests superior properties and a better overall experience. In life, when something is working, I’ve always believed in leaning in and making the most of it. That’s why it made sense to acquire more high-quality properties and grow from there.
