-Very conveniently-located, lovely view of the nature preserve out back
-Basically brand new, including all furnishings, utensils, appliances, etc, with the kitchen in particular being quite nice (we cooked most of our own meals while staying there, so this was great)
-Host very responsive to all questions
-Would stay here again
