The location was ideal for walking around Old San Juan. The only negative is that the washing machine did not work.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and convenience. Regarding the washer, prior to check-in we communicated that the original washing machine had been replaced with a temporary washer. The temporary washer was available during the stay and was fully operational and functioning properly.

A great place - A great stay!

This property was ... wonderful. It was exactly as described and as we expected. We especially appreciated a few thoughtful items we didn't expect - like the case of cold water bottles awaiting us in the fridge! We may have also enjoyed a nice bottle of wine after a busy and hot day of sight-seeing *wink* - thank you! All communication was timely and helpful as was the notebook of info in the apartment. Thank you again for working with our arrival time. ¡Hasta la proxima vez que regresamos!

Very Disappointing

The first morning after check-in, only one working toilet and no maintenance was available. By the next morning, neither of the showers were useable due to all the plumbing being backed up.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. This was an isolated plumbing issue, and we’ve never had problems of this nature before. We did our best to accommodate your concerns as quickly as possible, but your stay ended shortly after the issue was reported, limiting our ability to resolve it while you were still in the unit. We take guest comfort seriously and have since fully addressed the issue to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to improve.

Highlights: close to all attractions in the heart of Old San Juan. Cleanliness of the property. We stayed here with our three young children and felt safe to walk around after dinner.

Apartamento familiar en el VSJ

Súper buena ubicación. Muy limpio y acogedor. No se escuchan ruidos de la calle. Lo volvería alquilar definitivamente.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration regarding the water outage. Unfortunately, this was an unexpected island-wide issue caused by Puerto Rico’s water infrastructure, and it was something beyond our control. During your stay, we did our best to accommodate you and communicate updates as they became available. Our goal is always to ensure every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we regret that external circumstances affected your visit. We appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we can provide the seamless experience Casa Luna Royale is known for. Warm regards, Casa Luna Royale Management
