The resort style backyard features a gorgeous pool, large spa, gas firepit, putting green, large covered patio with weber gas grill, fan/ mister system & incredible sprawling rooftop deck w/ lots of seating for watching awe inspiring sunrises/sunsets, Home easily accommodates 14 guests & features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, sprawling chefs kitchen w/ sub-zero fridge, & huge dining/living spaces with incredible desert/mountain views. Bring family and friends and enjoy relaxing at the villa or get out for a round of golf, go for a hike, experience world class nightlife & fine dining/shopping. Villa features 2 kings, 4 queens and 3 twin beds + a rollaway bed for additional sleeping. Primary Bedroom Suite features an ensuite Spa Bathroom w/ large jacuzzi tub, huge shower and double vanity. The Villa is just a few minutes to the Fraesfield and Granite Mountain Trailheads where you can enjoy miles of hiking/mountain biking trails and horseback riding. We are surrounded by world class golf courses including Troon North Golf Club, GrayHawk Golf Club & the TPC Scottsdale. Come be our guest and enjoy everything that North Scottsdale & the beautiful Sonoran Desert & Mountains have to offer!

A gem in Scottsdale

Wow, what a great house. Great kitchen and fantastic backyard are just some of the amenities to enjoy. 2 laundry pairs in the home & a gas grill hooked right to the LP line (no tank needed). Comfortable furniture inside & out. Super property.

Outstanding in all regards

The property was very comfortable snd provided different views and all day sun or shade as desired. Very complete entertainment options inside and outside. Very complete kitchen utensils. Quiet neighborhood. Joel the host was outstanding. Excellent and prompt communication . Would rent from him without reservation. This property is in a rural neighborhood and surrounded by horse farms and wild parklands with great trails.
