Welcome to our home away from home at the Maui Vista Resort. Come and enjoy the warm sun, relax and have some fun in an incredible nice condo!

Ours is building #1 (closest to the beach) and being on the top floor we have a nice view of the ocean too. The famous Charley Young/Kamaole beach is just steps away.

Inside you'll find Mini Split Air Conditioner in every room, a remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Flooring consists of tiles and luxury vinyl plank (LVP) to keep it tidy and cool. Our condo also has a high vaulted ceiling for an open feel.

Resort amenities: elevators, easy beach access, 6 tennis court, 3 swimming pools, 3 BBQ areas, and 10 acres of tropical gardens.

Maui Vista is centrally located in Kihei. We're walking distance of many shops/restaurants while an on-site activities desk helps booking your Maui excursions. We have never been approached by timeshare salespeople during our stay.

Location was very convenient to beach access, activities like surfing. The condo was clean. We had most everything we needed for making our own breakfast, except for sugar which we bought. Host was very friendly and accommodated our request to store food in the fridge before cheek-in time. Loved our stay here and would definitely come back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lily’s vacation home. The views of the water and sunsets were spectacular! The unit felt fresh with many new updates. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels (both bath and beach) available, along with items for the beach. Maui Vista is in a great central location- great for our active family who loved walking to shops/restaurants. The street is busy and kind of noisy, but overall we loved it. The condo is a little on the small side for a family of 5 with teenage kids- a family of 4 would be best.

Very nice condo and location

Our family stayed here last spring break and it was quite nice. It was well equipped. The pools are on the smaller size but the grounds are beautiful. The location is very convenient and felt safe. Housekeeping could have been a dash better but everything was stocked well we had no problem freshening things up a little. The hosts were good to work with. Would love to stay here again sometime.

Great spot, ideal location in beautiful Kihei! Gorgeous Lanai views, condo was perfect size and set up for our family of five. Older but clean building. Lily was lovely and great to deal with, we had check in instructions very early and everything was seamless in terms of communication. Our only complaint was the wifi was pretty weak. We would definitely stay here again!!

Cute little place

AC was loud and didn’t really work. There was some dirt and a moldy coffee filter in the coffee pot. Really great location with a beautiful beach just feet away. Nice beach toys provided along with some old chairs.

It was a wonderful time. It was my spouse and 2 18 year old daughters. We had plenty of space for all of us. Condo had everything we needed. The grounds were kept up beautifully. If looking for a large pool, the pool was on the smaller side. We would stay again.

Overall it was lovely, beds were comfy. Main bedroom was stuffy, the fan didn’t work but there was a portable air conditioner, too loud and waste of electricity to run all night though. Tv had issues I found a broken hdmi cable. It was well equipped with beach chairs etc which was great.

Why they chose this property

Easy beach access, swimming, snorkling, surfing, tennis court, swimming pool, BBQ area. Kihei is central hub that connects easily to other parts of the island.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is in building #1 (closest to the beach) and is on the top floor (ocean view). We are across the street from Charley Young/Kamaole Beach Park.

One of our favorite past times is upgrading our condo. Over the years we have renovated every room in the unit and continue to do so for our comforts and our guests.

The condo feels spacious because of the high vaulted ceiling. We have WiFi internet access and free long distance calls to US mainland and Canada.

We're within walking distance of beach activities, nice restaurants and shopping.
