We really enjoyed our stay at at Menehune Shores. The condo felt comfortable and easy to settle into right away. The kitchen made cooking simple, and we loved having beach chairs and lots of towels available. One of our favourite parts was seeing the sea turtles sleeping at a distance, along the seawall.The location was great: right at the ocean and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. We would happily stay here again. Mahalo for a wonderful stay!

Love the location. Having a protected lagoon is wonderful for kids, and watching the turtles at low tide a nice bonus. The rooftop is nice albiet very windy. Sunset watching from the lanai. The unit is super well equipped. Most of what you need is already there. And having the washer and dryer is wonderful! Nice showers and bedrooms. The kitchen and living room is pretty tight though. Not a lot of things in the neighborhood that are easily walked to, but it is quiet. The grounds are very well maintained and easily accessed. This is an older unit that has been upgraded and well maintained. Definitely would recommend.

Great Condo in great area!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Clean unit that had everything we needed. Beautiful view and quiet area. My kids loved the grassy area to play games, watching the sunset from the top of the building was a favorite of ours and fun to see turtles up close in the fish pond each day. Central location and close to restaurants which made it nice. We would definitely stay here again. Our family loved our week staying here!

Why they chose this property

Menehune Shores is so centrally located to all things you might want to do on the island. Only 15 minutes from the airport (and Costco!), 10 minutes from Maalaea Harbor, 10 minutes from Wailea, and 25 miles (45-60 min) from Lahaina & Kaanapali. Shopping malls are in Wailea and Lahaina; tours you might want to take are easily accessible and if you decide you don't want to rent a car, there are many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Golf you say? Of course! Many within a short distance.

What makes this property unique

I think the weather is the best in Kihei. I've stayed in just about all parts of the island and find that I love the weather here best. The sunsets from the lanai are spectacular! And rainbows?? Oh yes! Whales sightings?? You betcha! (During the season Dec-Mar)
