Brian was super responsive to a problem we had with checking in. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for. We needed a quick place to stay as we explored downtown Wilmington and Carolina Beach.

Visiting UNCW and the surrounding areas

Nice space and close proximity to UNCW and lots of restaurants and shopping. Would love to stay here again!

The place was clean enough, the location is nice and the amenities are as described. However there were several issues .there were only about 2 towels .there was no dishwasher pods or laundry detergent .host said they would come in the morning to bring missing items but didn’t show up until 1:00pm

The host was very attentive and checked in several times. The amenities were minimal. There is a large window in the bathroom which faces the parking lot, and it had a very flimsy see-through shade that allowed for little privacy. There was a significant amount of noise in the mornings from vehicles and conversations in the parking lot, and leaf blowers on two separate days. There's an active preschool next door with some noise throughout the day. The most uncomfortable part of the stay, which made it difficult to work or rest, was the frequent heavy footsteps from the upstairs neighbor and their dog.

Overall stay was nice, but, no TP on arrival, found dishes in the dishwasher, utensils needed cleaning, wet rag found in the bathroom cabinet, dripping bathtub faucet, drinking water feature on fridge did not work, unit smelled like cigarettes occasionally (could have been from vents), LR tv remote needed new batteries and cabinets were dusty. I am giving the unit a 4/5 because Brian did come by with TP later in the evening and fixed the tv remote. He was very prompt in answering my messages. In addition he did have a nice peanut treat as a welcoming snack and brought us a mini gourd.

Very Comfortable

This condo is in an apartment complex located near to UNCW and close to all conveniences, as well as a short drive to downtown or the beaches. It was clean and spacious. The furniture was comfortable with plenty of seating. The dining area was roomy and had a nice large table. The bedroom had 2 queen sized beds and a large tv. Everything was well-maintained. We ran around a lot and I often looked forward to going back and hanging out at this place. The owner put in a lot of effort to make it comfortable for guests and it shows.

Equal distance between beach & downtown

Location is convenient between beach and downtown, with each being about ten minute drive. We really enjoyed Long Leaf park, which is only five minutes away.The condo itself is definitely an older property with signs of its age. The AC unit was not working while we were there. The manager attempted to get it fixed during our stay, but that was unsuccessful. There were also neighbors near us getting their units renovated so it was fairly noisy during the day, but some of that can be expected. Overall, I would simply suggest setting proper expectations if you rent this property. If you're seeking luxury or modern accommodations, then you should probably continue your search. For us, we just wanted modest accommodations and it met our needs.
