We’ve been here nine or ten times. Outstanding property in a great location. It is clean, tastefully decorated and well maintained. Balcony is the highlight for us. LaPlaya is an excellent condo for access and parking. Luxury Coastal Vacations is always easy and pleasant to deal with.

Great property, love the privacy and security. A little far from Orange Beach for our liking.

This was an amazing property with great views. The offsite parking was to be desired, and we found a dirty diaper under a bed. It’s a little far from the places we enjoy visiting but not too bad. The condo itself is absolutely stunning!

The most beautiful place

The view is breathtaking! We enjoyed our stay. The beach was great. We rented chairs that were set up for us everyday steps from the boardwalk. The unit comes with a locker which had chairs and floats. We had 7 members of our family and there was plenty of room. The unit is very spacious. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

Outstanding in Every Way

Great location, very well decorated inside, luxury throughout. Good size, comfortable beds. The balcony is one of our the favorite places; we spent much of the time relaxing, eating, reading, napping, watching the dolphins ... LaPlaya itself, isn't overly crowded, so no waiting for an elevator, looking for a parking space or finding a spot on the beach. The are only three units (and two elevators) on each floor. Assigned covered parking is very convenient. Overall, we love it. We've been there seven years; so it feels comfortable and like home to us.

Wonderful unit, beautifully decorated, kitchen extremely well stocked, great stay!

This is a great unit with wraparound views of the gulf. The outdoor furniture was great and we actually ate outside every night (didn't mess up the nice dining table that was set AND didn't have any bugs outside and the breeze was awesome). Extremely well decorated and the kitchen has every convenience required to cook and eat in. The location of this condo complex is also great as being low density, it's quieter with fewer renters and owners. We never waited on an elevator, cart, or access to any of the pool or beach amenities. The beach was never crowded even if a full time security guard did keep those using the public access beach on their side of the beach. There is beach service (two chairs and an umbrella should have been included with rental fee) and it was reasonable. Only major drawback is only being assigned one parking place. It's strange but for a 4 BR unit, most families (or multiple families) will have at least two vehicles. It was a hassle with offsite parking, but we managed. We would stay again and recommend this unit.

Beautiful View!

Our family had an amazing time in Perdido Key at this condo. The view from the rooms and the balcony were amazing! Every bedroom has its own bathroom and it has a storage area right before the PRIVATE condo beach access. It was so close to the beach which made it awesome for our large group of 8 that included 3 young children. The condo has so much space and was amazing for our week long vacation. Also, the building workers were so nice and helpful.

We were impressed with the condo - large - clean! But the security guard by the beach was the best. Without that service, the beach would have been way too crowded. Loved this place!

Awesome!

The property is absolutely beautiful! The staff is courteous and friendly. The only problem we had was that the dryer was not working all week but the staff of Luxury Coastal Vacations washed, dried, folded and delivered our clothes for us! Great place to stay!

Wonderful condo.

We brought our grown kids and our grandchildren to this lovely condo! It was as beautiful in person as it was on the Internet. Each family had their own space and the grands had their own bedroom. The large windows and wrap around balcony was a big draw for us as we love to sit and drink coffee in early am and late at night and listen to the waves of the ocean. If you are looking for a beautiful home away from home, then this unit is a must. Our daughter, son and families had not seen it prior to arrival and they were all impressed. We hope to come back again in the future. ❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful condo and FABULOUS balcony!

I have used vrbo many times and this is my second rental with Luxury Coastal Vacations. First of all, LCV is wonderful and easy to work with and has very helpful staff. This condo at La Playa is beautiful. The walls of windows and views are stunning. We spent most all of our time when upstairs outside on the balcony. The pool is small but it was never crowded. I loved the easy, close access to the beach and the fact that we could set up our tent right on the water instead of behind beach chairs. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked daily. The master bathroom is so big and I loved the window to the beach. My only gripe would be the hard master bedroom but mattress but I tend to have issues with back pain. It would have also been nice to have coded access to the condo instead of having to keep up with a key between so many people but it worked out ok. Overall, we had a fantastic trip and this condo worked out wonderfully for our family with kids and grandparents. I would absolutely recommend using LCV, the LaPlaya complex, and this condo!!

Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property, location, and layout were fabulous. It would have been nice if the complex had a hot tub or sauna. Also, the unit itself was clean, but the bathrooms still had quite a bit of hair on the floor in one bathroom and hair in the tub in the other bathroom. However, overall we were very satisfied and would recommend or rent again.

Amazing!!!

Pictures on VRBO do not do this place justice. Very clean well appointed condo. Layout of the condo is great. 5 people stayed in this condo and you never felt closed in at all. Large windows over looking the ocean, every view from inside the condo was nothing but beach and water! Had a great time and will definately be back.
