Our expectations were exceeded. From the views, to the accommodations, we were very pleased. The only issue we had was hearing the construction from the building next to us Mon-Fri when we were on the balcony.

Most gorgeous condo with the best gulf views!!

We loved this condo, the views, the balcony! We had the best time! The only drawback is the one parking spot per condo. How in the world do people do this during the busy summer season?! Thank goodness we can go during fall break. Everything was so comfortable; the balcony furniture, the great room, all the beds! Wonderful memories were made!!! We hope to be able to rent this condo again next year!

We stayed on the condo for a week with 6 adults and 2 children. The bunk room was great for the kids. All the bedrooms were nicely appointed and comfortable. Everyone having their own bathroom was also a plus. The kitchen was well stocked. The living room and balcony were fantastic. Our only complaint is the parking. I know the space is limited, but one would expect a 4 bedroom condo would offer more than one space per unit. overall, this was a great location.

Such a lovely accommodation! Truly perfect in every way. So big and with beautiful decor!! Comfy beds and thirsty towels. Huge wraparound balcony with such comfy seating to enjoy the amazing views! 11th floor must be the height pelicans and hawks typically fly because we were graced by lots of flybys! And don't miss the Blue Angels Sunday at 7pm - cockpits at eye level! Property mangers helpful and responsive before our stay - we had no need for communication during! We rented beach chairs ahead and that worked very well - chairs and umbrella ready and waiting at 8:30am. We surely hope to be back!

We’ve stayed at la playa the last four years but this was our first time in 1103 and we will definitely stay in this unit again. Very beachy and beautiful. The balcony is amazing. If you’re looking for an adult vacation in a relaxing and comfortable place with a little luxury, I highly recommend.

Perdido Key Paradise!!

This property is so upscale that it's hard to call it a "condo". It is so spacious and well appointed. Having the wrap around balcony was truly a plus. The views are tres magnifique from dawn to dusk. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and has en suite bathrooms which made getting ready for the day and bedtime a breeze. As a chef, I thought the kitchen accoutrements were superior as well as the appliances. We had fabulous meals every day and many were eaten al fresco. We all loved the easy access to the beach (especially with 3 children in tow). This is a very special unit and it is so nice that it's tucked away from the highway. It was very relaxing to have a quiet and family oriented place to spend a vacation. We have already booked again for next year!!!

Spectacular views of the Gulf Coast! Well appointed condo with more than enough room!

Beautifully appointed; kitchen well stocked with many of the cooking utensils we routinely use in our family cooking adventures. Master bedroom is massive, with 2 closets and huge bathroom. The corner configuration of both side and front balconies, we enjoyed every day. Personnel in the rental office are helpful and most cordial! Can't say enough good about it--in fact we booked it again for next year before leaving.
