Perfect for a couple's getaway or family vacation, we completely remodeled this condo in 2024 for our comfort-- and yours! It has a cozy bedroom with a KING bed as well as a QUEEN sleeper sofa in the living room and a FULL daybed in the sunroom.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave 1 pool gate key fob, 6 pool passes, and 2 parking passes on the hooks by the front door. Missing items are $100 each.
If you used the extra beds, remove linens and fold the sleepers back up. Our cleaners will take care of all other linens.
Please leave A/C on 75 degrees or floor heaters on 65/LOW. Make sure windows and doors are closed and locked. Please leave glass storm doors unlocked so the next guest can access the digital locks.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
