If you are looking for the perfect waterfront getaway this summer, this home is just the place for you! Located in Ocean Pines and a short drive to Ocean City, this home is sure to make the best vacation spot. Offering 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, and an open floor plan.

On the home you will find a large eat-in kitchen and dining area, which opens to the spacious living area. You will also find a bath for guests and a laundry area. The master bedroom with a queen size bed and bath. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. The third bedroom offers a queen size bed. You have access to the private screened porch from the family room.
The owner does not provide sheets or towels.
The owner does provide comforters and pillows.

If you are hoping for a vacation full of crabbing or fishing off your dock or just relaxing and soaking up the beautiful water views, this vacation getaway is perfect!

Listing needs to be more clear on bringing towels and sheets, paper towels, etc. Pillows in small family room were stained and there was a pet odor in that room. Washer and dryer were filthy on the outside. The setting and neighbors were really nice. Plenty of sleeping arrangements.

(Honest feedback) Very spacious home, on the bay which was nice. Loved that my dog was allowed. The arrival/departure process was super easy. Property could use some work to feel more inviting but that's my own preference. The house was clean just a bit fun down. Blinds had holes, beds were very unstable and wiggly, the entrance door from garage to house wasn't accessible, and we were hesitant to use the washer/dryer so not sure if they worked. The weather was extremely HOT while we were there, and the air conditioners were phenomenal! Pretty close to the beach ocean city and walmart for food & such which were huge bonuses for us. It was located within a really nice residential area. The house had a beachy feel, yet a bit cramped in between houses! Quiet. Plenty of dish ware and utensils. Supplied paper towels and toilet paper but had to bring your own sheets/blankets/towels. The cookware could use an upgrade in my opinion but usable. Nice ramp to enter the house which could be useful for some. Overall, we would recommend this home for a short vacation. We did have a lot of fun! :-)

We truly appreciate your feedback. The blinds have been replaced since they were damaged this season, and we are having maintenance tighten the beds. The garage entrance isn’t connected from the inside, but guests can access the home through the exterior door. We also wanted to mention that the washer and dryer are both fully functional. Our home has been in our family for over 20 years, and we’re grateful for the many guests who return year after year. Great location to see the entire area. The screened in porch with the view of the inlet was amazing and we spent a lot of time out there. Really appreciate being able to have our dogs with us. Host is very responsive!

Great location in Ocean Pines lived the back screened in deck. Plenty of space for large groups. Only complaint was that the beds were a bit small for us but overall the property had what we needed and we enjoyed our stay!

Check in was very easy. They sent the code the evening before we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with Calphalon cookware!!!!! Very spacious living space. We loved being right by the water and having a screened in porch. The area is lovely and quiet but with things near by.

FIRST OF ALL THIS ISNT A BEACH HOUSE, THE CLOSEST BEACH IS 20 MINS AWAY! I AM SPEECHLESS OF THE FILTH IN THE WASHER DRYER/GARAGE AREA, IT IS AN INSULT TO ALL RENTERS, THE FILTH & MOLD GROWING IN THE WASHER WAS ATROCIOUS, THE FILTH ON TOP OF THE DRYER WAS UNREAL ESPECIALLY IF U ARE GOING TO PROMOTE A WASHER & DRYER IN UR AD. THIS PLACE WAS DEFINITELY NOT CLEANED BEFORE WE ARRIVED, WE HAD TO SWEEP ALL FLOORS AS SOON AS WE GOT THERE, ALSO HAD TO WIPE THE KITCHEN TABLE. THE ONLY WAY 9 PEOPLE R SLEEPING THERE IS IF SOMEONE SLEEPS ON THE COUCH (2 QUEENS 4 TWINS). WHEN U WALK IN THERE’S A STRONG MUSTY ORDER, THERE WAS BARELY ANY TOILET PAPER, THE 1 XTRA ROLL THAT WAS THERE WAS SOGGY & COULDNT BE USED. THE FRIDGE HAD A HORRIBLE SMELL INSIDE & THE ICEMAKER OR THE FILTERED WATER DIDNT WORK BUT THEY DID HAVE 2 ICECUBE TRAYS. THE PLACE IS IN PISS POOR SHAPE & IS NOT TAKEN CARE OF OR EVEN CLEANED ON A REGULAR BASIS THERE WAS OLD TRASH IN THE YARD & A DIRTY HOSE JUST THROWN IN THE YARD HALF IN A BUSH, THE OUTSIDE OF THE NEIGHBORS HOUSE IS TOTALLY NOT TAKEN CARE OF EITHER.JUNK EVERYWHERE. I FEEL LIKE I WAS TOTALLY MISLEAD STARTING WITH THE FALSE ADVERTISING TO BEING EMBARRASSED THAT I PICKED THIS PLACE & BROUGHT MY FAMILY THERE THINKING WE WERE STAYING SOME PLACE NICE. HOW R THESE PEOPLE ABLE TO GET AWAY WITH KEEPING THEIR PROPERTY LIKE THIS. HOW DO THEY NOT WANT TO FIX THE FILTH. WHY DO THEY NOT HAVE SOMEONE CLEANING PROPERLY AFTER EACH STAY. WHAT IN THE WORLD.

Ocean Pines is a wonderful community. So close to Berlin and Ocean City. Great house. Beautiful screened in back porch overlooking the water. Quiet neighborhood. So much room. This house is such a pleasure to stay in.

This house is in a great neighborhood and close to Ocean City. We had a 3 generation group of 9 people and we all loved it. The hosts, Rose and Brian were quick to respond to any questions.
