Excellent place. Our daughter plays volleyball at Juanita. Any weekend she is playing in this properties available will be booking it. Well kept. And three bedrooms is a major plus. And walking distance to Juniata College.

The kitchen was equipped, even condiments, etc in the fridge. Loved that everything you may need was there! Towels, toiletries, extra bedding. In the master bedroom I opened the night stand drawer and chargers! Of all sorts! Didn’t need one but that kind of “extra” really comes in handy!

Place was nice and clean. However couldn’t when we arrived at the house it was extremely hot inside because non of the air conditioners were turned on prior to us arriving. Temperature outside was in the 90’s. Also couldn’t run all three air conditioners in bedrooms and have the kitchen light on or else it would trip the breaker, did this numerous times.

I have had numerous guests staying at the home and I have stayed at the home with all the ACs running and haven’t had any issues with the circuit breaker tripping. They must have had all the AC running full blast for a long period and all the lights and fans on at the same time. I don’t keep the ACs running when there aren’t any guests in the home ahead of time because it just wastes electricity to do so when there is no one in the home. My electricity meter and bill went up significantly after they stayed in the home so they probably had everything on simultaneously for a while. There was also a significant heat wave with very hot temperatures when they stayed.

Great location, everything worked but we did not know how to work the TV. Not everyone is a tech person! The kitchen, bathrooms & bedroom were nicely redone. We found the steps pretty steep but managed. Thanks
