Beautiful location and the pool and grounds are very well cared for. Property Manager was excellent about resolving an issue with the unit. We had a very nice family vacation.

View was breathtaking right from the entrance, the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen of the Condo. Easy access to both pool and beach. Everything you need in Condo. Excellent Communication with the host. Enjoy your stay and make memories!

This review was purely an extorsion attempt. The guest did not fill out the required HOA occupancy form and refused to pay the required $15/person. Despite it being clearly stated on the listing I still offered to reimburse them for that. On their last night, she threatened to leave a 1 star review if I did not refund their entire stay. I refused to issue a full refund. They told me they knew they were the first review and would "ruin" my listing and force me to remake another one for $700 through VRBO and I refused to be extorted. They then posted this review three months later to cause as much harm to the listing as possible. Annie is banned from staying in any of the the condos we manage.
