The home was very dirty, mold in the shower, floors not swept or vacuumed. No clean dishes inside of the cupboards. Appliances cracked and run down. Heat setting was set at 65 and no option to change. Hot water for the shower was very temperamental making showers cold midway with no warning or reason. TV in bedroom would not turn on. Wifi advertised but have to pay for it. Metro advertised as a 15 minute walk but no directions on how to get to it. Limited linens- no wash cloths, not enough towels for each guest on the reservation. No handsoap or resources to clean up tables/ surfaces. Very lengthy check in process which is not bad if the other things weren't also an issue. Overall not super thrilled with our stay. If only one or two of these were an issue? No big deal. The combination of everything unfortunately would not book again.
