Enjoy lake life like never before from our newly remodeled lakeside condo perched above Lake Travis. Just 35min from Austin, 20min from Lakeway and Bee Cave, and 3min from the Briarcliff Marina and Pace Bend State Park.

Chill out in the pool, use our 2 huge stand-up paddle boards (ask us how), relax in the hot tub, sun bathe on the expansive deck, grill on the private porch, roast marshmallows over the fire table, fish off the end of the dock, or arrange to charter our brand new 24' Malibu wake surfing boat for an unbeatable day of wake boarding, surfing, tubing, cruising, partying, or lunch/dinner runs on the lake.

Comfortably furnished with 4 memory foam beds (3 King, 1 Full), stone tile and granite countertops in kitchen and both bathrooms, all new furniture, 4 LED smart TV's, smart blinds, custom medal work and new stainless appliances. Has new in-unit front loading washer/dryer.

Private car port w/ 2 parking spaces (front to back), and lots of extra parking in the lot. Guests have full access to the property including both of our private patios (upper one has complete privacy for sun bathing), as well as the deck, pool, hot tub, dock, and lake via our private spiral staircase.

Pets are allowed with permission and $150 pet cleaning fee. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by the pet.

Christmas family reunion

This well located and maintained condo on Lake Travisserved us well. We were close to family in Briarcliff and the condo was clean and had a great view of the lake.We'll stay here again.

Great spot on Lake Travis

Their pride in their home really shows in how it was furnished and done up. The beds were SO comfortable and all around cozy vibe. We also loved roasting marsh mellows on our private fire table in the evening and watching the sun rise from the cliff side hot tub and great pool view too! Plenty of parking, and lots of nearby restaurants. We’ll come for longer next time and take advantage of their wake surfing boat. Thanks for having us!

Great view!

We girls enjoyed the pool, the decks, the view and the hot tub! All of the comforts needed to have a fun and relaxing trip with old friends. It was clean, comfortable beds and the unit stayed cool which is always nice. The only thing I would say needed fixing is the large windows washed so that you can clearly see the beautiful water views better. We will be back again next year, thank you!

The place is PERFECTION! It is was everything we needed and more. Location, location, location! It sits right by the water. We had a pleasant stay, we took out boat out there and enjoyed it so much! The place looks new and was very clean. Plus, David answered all our questions. I would rate this place 10 out of 10! Side note: if you plan to take groceries for your stay, buy them before you arrive, the nearest grocery store (Heb)is about 20 minutes out.

Ladies weekend getaway

This truly was a wonderful little getaway weekend for us to celebrate my mom! To our delight we found the condo meticulously clean, beautifully decorated with the most comfortable furniture and beds and the perfect size for our group! And let me tell you about the spectacular view of the lake, especially at sunrise!! Truly stunning!! The location was also very convenient and close to some great restaurants and wonderful wineries. And last but not least, the communication with Davis was easy and super fast! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider coming back! Thank you!!

Lake Travis

I don’t think we could’ve found a better place on Lake Travis to stay. Only 30min from Austin, 15min from Lakeway and Bee Cave, with the most incredible view of Lake Travis I’ve ever seen. We realized afterwards we could have rented their surf boat. Oh well, next time. The beds are all super comfy and the kids loved the hot tub, pool and expansive deck. Will definitely be back soon when we have more time. Thanks David!
