We had a wonderful stay, the cottage is cozy but spacious. The welcome guide that was sent was a great touch. Would definitely recommend Jeremy's place!

The place is beautiful. Newly renovated with excellent taste. The cleanest you will ever find. It has anything you would ever need and more. A quiet place yet so close to the city. We have used VRBO many times with Jeremy being the best host ever. He was proactive to make our stay so wonderful we will definitely be back.

Private relaxing updated stay

The property was excellent, pix as shown, secluded and quiet, very relaxing, close enough to Charlotte. Little burb offers everything needed in a very nice community.

Five-star stay all around.Jeremy was a fantastic host — responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The property is tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area, but still close enough to Charlotte to enjoy everything the city has to offer. The space was exactly what my wife and I needed, and I’d absolutely stay here again.

Small but fully stocked

We enjoyed our stay. Shower was amazing. They had a great washer and dryer/ dishwasher and the space was great. It was a peaceful and quite neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. The host were so friendly and helpful.

Quiet, clean, and relaxing! Jeremy, the host was very nice and responsive to my questions. And, they left chocolate and snacks! It was easy to find and I enjoyed sitting outside.

Home Sweet Comfy Home

Nestled in a quiet, beautiful and nice neighborhood. I had a very cozy stay and took advantage of the full kitchen, washer/dryer, comfy love seat and AMAZING shower. The property has 2 parking spots and a nice area behind the cottage to sit and watch the birds and squirrels. Nice big closet space with hangers. Plenty of drawers on either side of the bed. The lighting is awesome! You have the choice of low lights or bright lights throughout the space. The hosts have really thought of everything you may need and are very attentive, communicative and courteous. I stayed for 4 days and explored the Charlotte area. The location was very easy to get to from any direction and minutes away from anything and everything.
