Great place

I am usually apprehensive about staying at properties with small numbers of reviews, but my wife and I were extremely happy with our choice. This property presented exactly as it was depicted in the photographs. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Charlotte. Well done and thanks for a great stay.

Lovely Place

This unit is perfect for two people. It’s spacious and beautifully decorated. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood. We found it to be a convenient location to get to Uptown and Matthews. Will definitely try to stay here again.

My boyfriend & I came down to Charlotte from Raleigh for a concert & we had a great time staying here! It was my first time ever booking a little trip solo & I'm so pleased with my choice of staying here! Beautiful area, clean, exactly like the photos, & very comfortable & homey! 10/10 CANT WAIT TO VISIT AGAIN

It was the perfect stay I had a wonderful time while in NC celebrating my families accomplishments, and being able to come to my rental and feel like I was at home meant a lot. The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very informative of activities in the area. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it cozy and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My wife and I enjoy the social aspect of living in a city, and we are happy to open our new apartment to guests and professionals who are coming to Charlotte. We would be glad to offer directions to those looking to enjoy our Costwold neighborhood community. We enjoy world traveling and meet new people around the world. We have a border Collie mix who also lives with us, his name is Louie, very sweet and friendly, but he does not have access to the unit/apartment at all. My wife is fluent in English and Spanish, happy to help in case it is needed.

Costwold neighborhood is a very peaceful and family oriented area. Less than 15 minutes to Uptown Charlotte.
Walking, and bicycling distance to Costwold Village Shopping Center, where you can find banks, supermarkets, shopping stores, restaurants, ice cream place, pharmacies, dry cleaning, urgent care, gas stations, even hair and nail saloon.
