We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was cozy, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully equipped with so many amenities that made our stay comfortable and convenient. Everything we needed was right there, and the home truly felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely rent this home again. Highly recommended!

The property was immaculate and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for 12 adult. I meant to sleep. We had one big Van, so it was perfect. If you had more than two cars, you would have to park on the side of the street in front of the house, which appears to be legal, so it shouldn’t be a problem.Would absolutely stay there again!

We loved the pool, hot tub, big open living space and convenience to main street. Only down side was the rooster next door and the traffic on Milam, but we brought additional noise machines and it was all good. We would stay here again.

Wedding Stay

My daughter and her bridesmaids stayed here for the wedding weekend. Location was perfect - close to our house, the church, and Main Street. Room for bride and all bridesmaids to get ready for rehearsal and wedding and provide room for breakfast and lots of fun!

Brooks last fling before the ring

The house was absolutely awesome. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed for the weekend. The house was conveniently located in town. It was easy to get to all of our destinations for the weekend. If we had questions about the house, the host was very easy to get in touch with.

Fredericksburg Vacation

My family and our dog stayed at this wonderful house for our Fredericksburg vacation. We enjoyed easy access to Main Street and no longer than 15 min drive to most vineyards. I enjoyed playing golf everyday while my wife read books by the pool. This VRBO is worth the price and I highly recommended vacationing in Fredericksburg Tx!

Boots on The Ground Wine in Hand

I originally wanted to spend my 60th birthday in Napa, but Fredericksburg—with its amazing wine scene—turned out to be just as perfect. This house was absolutely ideal for my family and me. We had a group of 10, and the space was more than comfortable for everyone. Being less than a mile from Main Street was a huge plus—we could easily enjoy all the local shops and wineries. I would most definitely rent this home again!

Bachelorette Wine Tasting

The house was wonderful and as described. It was easy to locate and great location from the main road. We did not try walking to the main road other than for exercise but easy to get Uber/Lyft. Heads up the neighbor has a chicken coop and can be heard, it did not bother us but might bring ear plugs or a white noise machine if needed. All things considered, recommend this place!

Awesome house for groups...

The house was perfect for our combined bachelor/bachelorette trip. The rooms were really spacious, the kitchen ended up being the gathering place for the times when we weren't in the hot tub, and everything was very clean. Just a heads up though, the next door neighbor has a chicken coop with some very expressive roosters... luckily we didn't spend a ton of time at the house during the day. I would maybe still recommend bringing ear plugs or a white noise machine. All things considered, if we were to do another group trip, we would most likely stay here again!

This house is such a find in Fredericksburg! It sleeps 14 comfortably, has a real pool, and is walking distance to Main St. The decor is adorable- disco ball heaven and so much pink. Perfect for a girls’ trip or bachelorette but the guys loved it too. One note- a neighbor has roosters who crow starting around 5:00 am. Nothing the owner can do about it, and a white noise app blocked it out after we knew to use it. Just made for an early awakening the first morning of the trip.
