The house was perfect for our girls’ trip of seven. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, and the open living area and outdoor space were enjoyed by all. The location was great—just a short drive to Main Street. We’d definitely book again for a future trip!

Great location, easy check in, pet friendly with beautiful finishes and plenty of room for everyone. They provided Gabe’s, but we brought our own and the dining table was perfect for all the action.

Easy check-in, beautiful house, big enough for a large group, and had a nice pool. The 4 bathrooms were definitely a plus and a time saver when all of us had to get ready. Great communication & hospitality from the host. Highly recommend!

Family Christmas Getaway

Girls Trip

Loved this house! It was clean and spacious, I will definitely save it for future trips. Pool and hot tub was clean with perfect water temperature. Great location although it’s not walking distance to main.

Neuhaus

This place was gorgeous!! Truly deserved to be on MTV cribs! I wouldn’t go to say it comfortably sleeps 14, but we did manage to sleep 13 people! We would 100% stay here again. Great location and large party friendly. Plus the pool and hot tub were amazing!!!

Family Reunion

The house is perfect with a bathroom for every bedroom; nice big kitchen and open floor plan. The kitchen table was perfect for our big group. We took advantage of the pool and sauna too. We could have used 2 bathroom towels per bathroom, but there were plenty of pool towels to use. I would rent this place again.

50th Birthday Weekend

OMGOODNESS!!!! Absolutely Fabulous! I would definitely book again. The owner was professional and quick to response. Very good on any updates or changes. It was 12 in our party very spacious for us. Kitchen had anything we needed in order to cook daily. We truly enjoyed our stay.. thank you again

Barn Eight

It was a great place to stay.It was clean and it had all the necessary kitchen supplies and coffee items.A bathroom for every bedroom was very nice.Pool needed cleaning but after a call to the agent someone came out the same day to clean it.One upstairs bed was broken but was repair quickly after calling it in.We were a group of eight and really enjoyed all the patio seating and the hot tub.

Great Stay in Fredericksburg!

We had a great stay! We were a family, but the house is perfectly decorated for a girls weekend or bachelorette trip. My little girl loved sitting at the make-up mirrors and pretending. There was plenty of space and beds. We had a couple snafus when we first arrived, but Sean was quickly responsive and fixed what he could. The pool heater didn’t work, but the hot tub was great and Sean took care of the problem. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family.

Perfect stay for our family getaway

This home is super cute! We were a group of 7 and had more than enough space and sleeping options for everyone in our group. There’s a nice setup at the top of the stairs with four vanity mirrors. This was perfect for the 4 teen girls in our group to get ready each day. Sean is a wonderful host, and responds quick. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved the house. It had all accommodations that we needed. The pool was already heated for us which made a great start to the weekend. The host was easy to communicate with, and super helpful! It is a very quick uber to downtown, and all of the run restaurants near.
