This enjoyable vacation rental has direct lake access allowing renters to enjoy the dock or bring their own boat to tie up for the weekend. Our house offers a cozy retreat for guests, families, or even just a couple looking to get away. With 3 bedrooms, including a king bed, queen bed, full bed, and twin bed, there's plenty of space for everyone. The 2 full bathrooms ensure enough space for all the guests to be comfortable. Stay connected with fiber WiFi, speeds fast enough for working, surfing the web or even sitting down to stream a movie after a long day on the lake. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.

Thermostat: Set the thermostat to cool 76°F before you leave. Grill: If you used the grill, please make sure the gas is turned off at the tank and it is covered.
Beach Towels: If you used any beach towels, please wash them before checkout. Our cleaning crew will take care of the bath towels.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash any lake towels. Cleaning crew is only responsible for last days shower towels.
Take Trash with you upon checkout. Check with host for disposal address.
All dishes washed or cycle started in dishwasher.

Brief getaway

This place was so cute and perfect. We had a group of couples to stay. Had to be at GA College for a soccer match and met here for a get together. The fire pit was awesome, plenty of space. Being fall, we didn’t get to enjoy the lake but would love to come back.

A few days at the lake

Overall the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Make sure to buy your groceries, drinks, and anything else you might need before you get there because the closest store is 20+ minutes away. The location is safe and quiet, kids will have some space outside to play. The only downside that I noticed is the amount of small rouches in the house. The owner added some traps but I do not think that is enough. Overall it was a positive experience.

Perfect getaway!

We wanted to get away for my daughters 19th birthday and this was perfect! The only thing i would mention for future renters - take groceries with you! We wanted an out of the way place and we got it but we didnt think about groceries! I do highly recommend this home as it was beautiful and comfortable! It was amazing having the dock right there. We had a 4 person tube that we tied to the dock and just floated around. It was very relaxing! The owner was great as well. I left something behind and he made sure that I got it back in a timely manner! Overall, you will not regret renting this home for a little r&r!

A most relaxing weekend to celebrate a Dawg win!! Highly recommend this property. The morning coffee views and atmosphere from the dock and back porch are unmatched. We will be back.
