Start your day with a beautiful sunrise overlooking the tranquil lake. Whether it's boating, shopping, golfing, eating, or exploring craft breweries, you will have a fun-filled time! Finish your day enjoying a magical evening under the stars.

Located in the private gated community of Cuscowilla. The on-site restaurant and amenities are NOT available to renters. We, however, are surrounded with wonderful things to do and see. We are conveniently located to historical Madison, Eatonton and Greensboro which are quaint small towns. There are many great restaurants within a couple of miles of our villa. We offer access to our private boat slip for bringing your own boat or renting a boat. Bring rafts to enjoy a refreshing swim in the lake. Additionally, bike rentals and nearby golf courses are available. The Ritz Carlton, located a few minutes away, offers several dining options and spa facilities.

Our Villa has two suites available for rent. Each has a well-appointed living room area with comfortable chairs, a large sofa and a 75” smart TV. The bedroom has a king-size bed with a smart TV. The bathroom has dual vanity sinks with a granite top and a shower. The kitchen has stainless appliances.

The pictures show both suite A and D. Suite A is ground level offering a sunporch and a private outside patio with a grill. Suite A only has the washer/dryer. Suite D is on the 2nd floor with a huge private open-air porch. Each unit has its own entrance with keypad entry and beautiful views of the water. Let me know which one you would like to stay in, and I will mark it down. These suites are for two people only!

If more space is needed, I have additional junior suites that can be added to your stay.

We have drip coffee makers with Starbucks coffee, luxurious bath products, hairdryers, iron & board and free Wi-Fi.

NO smoking of any kind allowed inside our villa or on the porch/patio. Any evidence will result in a forfeit of your damage deposit.

NO pets allowed and NO parties.

Pricing is different for the Masters and Holidays! Holidays have a three-night minimum as well as some high season weekends. July 4th has a four night minimum.
