The condo was clean, nicely furnished, and the layout was very family friendly. We all had plenty of space for ourselves and everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The location was convenient to the beach and local attractions. The walk to the beach was somewhat strenuous for the older folks as it was a tad bit steep in places but that is a minor issue.

Gorgeous view, great location, beautiful condo.

We had a great stay in G-52 and will be back. The furnishings are very nice, new and comfortable. They did a good job on the remodeling. Condo has large bedrooms with comfortable beds and furniture. We enjoyed drinking wine on the balcony with a great view of the gulf, dunes and expansive grounds of the Pelican Condos. Easy walk over the dunes to the beach. Check in was easy - staff was very friendly and responsive. The battery in the door died but the maintenance guy was there within 5 minutes of calling the front desk. The kitchen is well stocked with good appliances. Great stay!

We stayed in June 2026 for a pole vault tournament, expecting just a place to relax and cool off. The place was clean, comfortable and very convenient - close walk to the beach. Perfect place and, bonus, my 16 yo son had a blast going to the beach!
