Firepit/BBQ: Please make sure the propane tank valves are in the closed position.
Doors & Locks: Please lock the kitchen/backyard sliding door. Do NOT lock the direct garage access door. The front door self-locks.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A large car cannot be parked on the driveway as it may encroach on the sidewalk which may result in the car being towed at vehicle owner's expense.

'Loved Our Stay

The house was immaculate, well appointed and very comfortable. The beds were great. We enjoyed the hot tub, and would have spent time in the backyard if our stay hadn't been in February. Great home, located near SeaWorld, SD Zoo, and more. This house was well maintained, clean, and had everything we needed. We had 4 kids and I never worried that they were going to break something or ruin anything. Everyone had enough space but had plenty of room for our family to eat meals together. Wonderful place!

Perfect home for 3 families of 4

Loved staying at this location--it was the right amount of space and location for our 3 families of 4 (Kids all under the age of 9). We loved that each family had their own bathroom and rooms (one family stayed in the master bedroom which worked for their 2 littles). And the hot tub was magic for the parents to have a late night hang out when the kids went down. The property was clean and provided plenty of towels which we appreciated with the beach and hot tub experience. We also were able to walk down to the local shops and exercised a little bit with the hill climb. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would come back!

Yes host was available. Things were or but the heater was broken and we couldn’t guage the heat. Supplies were very very slim. We found only one dish towel in kitchen for all week. We ran out of TP. The home was clean and that was great but wish we knew about the flight path prior as it was very very noisy. It started every am at 630 and was very distracting. Not owners fault at all of course but disclosure would have been nice.
