Overall excellent facility. Not walkable to Broadway for us, but only 6-8 Uber ride. Very clean house. Would recommend.

We had to buy batteries for remote and some still did not work for Tvs ceilings fans not work in some of the rooms or some make a loudSqueaky noise so you could turn them on.Sometimes you have hot water. It needs maintenance work
