Nice stay in an spacious old school interior type home in the high desert of Hesperia. Beds were comfortable and close to were we wanted to be. Restaurants and grocery stores just a few minutes away.

House was dusty, one of the queen mattresses was not good at all, not enough towels, back door slider didn’t open, lots of weeds in the front and back yard, not enough toilet paper, sauce pan was peeling, coffee pot was dirty with bugs at bottom, termite or some poop on windowsill, washer and dryer didn’t work had to take clothes to local laundry mat. Good thing we took out air mattress because we had to use it because the queen mattress was trash

So this guest loves to lie. We've had stellar reviews from other clients. We will never rent to this guest again. My wife and I personally clean the house in detail for every guest, so it was immaculate. The outside has weeds that need cut, that part was true but we told this client, not a guest, that we don't want to disturb clients by making a lot of noise when they are present, and we've had guests constantly for a month. We will clean the yard when we have a break in reservations. I really hate when people lie, *m not sure what benefit they get from it. 8 don't know what he was talking about, he said one of the queen mattresses was not f good at all, we only have one queen mattress, and we inspected it before and after they left. It was spotless and has a complete bed cover. We left at least 6 toilet paper rolls, I would think that should be enough. My wife ensures there are plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex and napkins all the time. The washer and dryer works fine, no complaints from anyone. Some people just like to complain about everything.
