Why they chose this property

Evergreen Ln. holds a special place in my heart. It’s everything LA and NYC are not. I’ve spent my life in both and you can’t recreate Evergreen if you tried. Clean air and trees that are as tall as city buildings. The sun rising and sets with no hustle or bustle.
