Welcome to Trailside ATV Lodge, a spacious ATV-friendly lodge located directly on the Devil Anse Trail System of the famous Hatfield-McCoy Trails in West Virginia. Designed with riders and large groups in mind, this lodge is the perfect home base for your next ATV or UTV adventure.

With 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and space for up to 14 guests, the lodge provides plenty of room for riding groups, families, and friends traveling together. After a full day exploring the trails, come back and relax in a comfortable space built for both adventure and downtime.

The best part? You can ride directly from the property onto the Devil Anse trail system, one of the most popular sections of the Hatfield-McCoy Trails — meaning no trailering required.

The lodge is also located very close to Devil’s Backbone Resort, making it easy to access nearby dining, supplies, and other rider-friendly amenities during your stay.

The Space:

After a long day on the trails, come back and unwind in a lodge designed for groups. The open living area gives everyone space to relax, watch TV, cook meals, and plan the next day’s ride.

All bedrooms feature brand-new, high-quality beds and mattresses to ensure everyone gets a great night’s sleep.

No Parties or Events

This property is designed for ATV riders, families, and vacation groups, not large parties or events.

Guests may ride directly from the property to the Devil Anse Trail System.

Please ride respectfully around the property and surrounding area.

All riders must follow Hatfield-McCoy Trail rules and regulations.

Guests must obtain a valid Hatfield-McCoy Trail Permit before riding the trails.

Please park in designated areas only.

The property accommodates trucks, trailers, and multiple ATVs/UTVs, but please avoid blocking access areas.

Use the hot tub at your own risk.

No glass containers in or near the hot tub.

Please replace the cover after use.

Fires are allowed in the designated fire pit area only.

Never leave a fire unattended and fully extinguish it when finished.

No smoking inside the lodge.

Smoking is allowed outside only. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Please treat the lodge and property with care so future guests can enjoy it as well.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM to respect neighbors and surrounding properties.

Failure to follow house rules may result in additional cleaning fees or removal from the property without refund.

This property was very clean and nicely secluded in the woods. It had a cute little cave on property that my kids thought was pretty cool. We will definitely be back in the future.

What makes this property unique

The Lodge is secluded on the top of a hill. It is very peaceful with an abundance of wildlife! Also, the property is conveniently located right in the heart of the Devil Anse Trail system. It is right off of Trail 31 and 32!
