** ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES**
-All guests have to follow these rules at all times. These rules are strongly enforced.

- Renter must be at least 25 years of age.

- Be respectful of the property and neighbors.

- No large parties or events. You agree to ask in advance PRIOR to having extra guests not a part of the original amount requested. Again, the person who booked our home is responsible for ALL guests knowing the house rules. Having additional guests may incur an extra charge for cleanup.

- We keep a detailed list of all items in our home and check after each guest so any Broken, damaged, or missing items will result in additional charges.

- We have a septic tank. Please do not put wipes, feminine products or contraceptive in the toilet. This can be a very expensive repair.

- We do not allow pets at this time.

Pool / Hot Tub
- No glass near or around the pool or hot tub.
- Children under the age of 10 need to be accompanied by an adult for either the pool or hot tub use
- Food is not allowed in either of the pool or hot tub. If the hot tub has to be drained cleaned and refilled due to food entering the system a $150 fee will be assessed.

- Do NOT touch the pool equipment or any of its electrical screens. This includes main pump board or the heater pump board. You agree if anything changes due to your actions (or any of your guests) you will be charged a $50 fee for each day the equipment is affected.

- Quiet hours between 10PM-8am (per Santa Rosa County)

- No illegal activities or weapons allowed on premises.

- No smoking of any kind. No vapes, no cigarettes, no pipes, no cigars in the house, in the front of the house OR in the pool and hot tub area.

- Do not re-arrange indoor and outdoor furniture.

- Only children 6 and up are allowed on the top bunk bed and the weight limit is 200Lbs.

- Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. Damage outside of normal wear and tear may be the responsibility of the guest.

- If the house is damaged or dirty or in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous, guest, would leave their home, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be assessed.
