Great property!

The property is very nice and well put together. The owner was available at all times for any questions or assistance needed. Raj was very professional and made sure we were taken care of for the weekend. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay

We had a last-minute work trip to Charlotte and this was a great house for it. We love the location and the owner was very easy to communicate and work with. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

Great Stay!

Our group of four was in town for an extended work trip and had a great stay! This home met alol of our needs, including a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Also, the location was great and made it easy to get to downtown quickly. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

Great Stay!

I recently stayed at this VRBO in Charlotte, NC, and overall, it was a good experience. The house was in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. It had three bedrooms, which provided plenty of space for our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and met our needs for the trip. This is a solid choice if you're looking for a well-located spot in Charlotte!

It was dirty, including the bath mats, furniture, rugs, floors - dirt, mold in all corners. To say it was gross is an understatement. Very unsafe - lights not working in hallway or above very steep steps that we were unaware of & prevented 2 of our guests from being able to go upstairs to bedrooms & showers. Had to sleep on dirty couches where we found dirt and bottle caps under cushions & had no access to showers. Thin rug in living room that was buckled causing a trip hazard. Too dirty to cook meals to save expense of going out. Everything was booked & we were stuck staying in unsafe, dirty house. Lights in downstairs bathroom not working & upstairs shower & fan did not work. No hand towels, kitchen towels, not enough bath towels, or sheets for the sofa bed. Our host did delivered those items on the day we arrived when we requested them & had the shower, lights & fan fixed the next day. The neighborhood was slum like & we felt unsafe. Even a Lyft driver came & left due to the fight going on across the street since 4 am & emergency vehicles there. Dog barking all night, neighbors fighting & feeling unsafe left us with little sleep. Chickens in yard, ants all over the front porch, overgrown weeds, dirty, broken down furniture in back yard prevented us from wanting to go out there. When returning home, I looked at another site and found unfavorable reviews, which makes me believe this property switched rental companies to scam us. Beware!

Family trip for event

Came into town for a concert at the stadium. This place was a quick drive from both the airport and the stadium/city areas. It was a great space for what we needed with our family. Neighborhood isn’t very walkable, seems a little run down, but had no issues. Thank you!

Overall Good Stay

Overall the stay was good. The house was just as the listing described. Although the neighbors were nice and friendly, they were loud at night by playing music loudly and talking loud well past midnight and even at 3:30a. The house had ants but that was handled with ant traps. I liked the privacy the fence in the backyard provided. The location was convenient and was around 10 minutes to anything we wanted to do.
