Please no more than two beach/ pool towels per guest, should be left at check out, per guest. Extra linens used, should be left washed and back in linen closet.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No candles or fire works allowed on property

minors should be with adult at all times in pool area, dock and boat lift section. Boat Lift use, must be requested and approved by Host.
