Free hi-speed wireless internet. Centrally located near shops, public transportation, Central Park and more. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom w/ a bathtub. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The 2nd bathroom has a shower (no tub.) The living room has a dining table for 6 and a sofabed. There is an add'l sleeping loft with 1x full and 1 x twin bed. You truly get the feeling of living in New York City. Owner lives in upstairs apartment. Brand new renovation.
