The spacious living area features comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen comes with state-of-the-art appliances, making it a breeze to prepare your favorite meals.

The bedroom offers a serene retreat with a plush king-sized bed and ample storage. The stylish bathroom is fitted with premium fixtures and a walk-in shower, providing a spa-like experience.

The unit is also set up with a desk area separate from the dining table for the perfect work station.

Full size washer and dryer in the unit available for guests to use at no extra charge.

CHECK-IN:
For all guests staying at the condominium, the association requires guests to submit a copy of their government issued ID and complete a transient registration form before arrival. **Please note that we will need this completed at a minimum of 72 hours prior to check in to send over to the condominium.

Comfortable, well appointed condo in a great location just a block from the beach. Two pools with excellent views of sunset over the intercoastal. Walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park. Enjoyed my extended stay here and plan to return again to escape the winter blues!
