A great place to stay in St. Jean Cap Ferrat

This is a lovely property in a quiet neighborhood. It is walking distance to cafes, restaurants, the promenade and buses. The apartment has a well stocked kitchen for when you feel like eating in and is very comfortable. The outdoor dining is really nice as well. The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice apartment

The apartment is very nice and well equipped with everything you need. The hosts are super friendly. During our stay as well as before, we could get in contact any time and always received a quick response. The location is perfect for a relaxing and quiet vacation. The only thing we missed was a shower curtain in the bathtub.

Séjour au top

Béatrice est une hôte charmante qui nous a bien aidé pour accueillir notre bébé. L'appartement est très bien fourni et décoré avec goût et la terrasse est un havre de paix. Tout peut se faire à pieds, avec plusieurs plages alentours et des transports en communs au top pour visiter la région. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour !

We had the very good vacation in Cap Ferrat. One of the reasons for that is this apartment. Perfect location - close to the port, beaches, restaurants, etc... Parking is the big plus. The apartment is equipped with whatever you need. Thanks to the hosts, Loic responded very fast to all questions/requests. We recommend this apartment without any doubts.

A Wonderful Stay!!

What a wonderful stay we had in this great apartment. We were very lucky to have found it. It was so comfortable, clean and ideally located that we extended one week’s stay to 2 ½ weeks. We honestly wish we did not have to leave. St Jean Cap is such a stunning location and we thoroughly loved our time there. The neighbourhood is very quiet, peaceful and safe with great views from the balcony. Loic was a great host, quick to respond to our booking and requests, very kind and helpful. We highly recommend this apartment and would love to return soon. Thank You !!

It is really home away from home!

Not the first time, not even the second we stay in this lovely flat! For us to come back there is very comforting, it is pretty, clean, close to everything, very well maintained! Your car is parked inside gated parking! Loic and Beatrice are wonderful hosts, any problem can be solved without conflicting your privacy! Will be back!

Perfect location

Stayed at the apartment as a family of three (two adults and a toddler). First, St Jean is a perfect location if you would like to enjoy your holiday and truly relax with a moderate people watching opportunity at harbor area and private beaches. The apartment matches Cap’s vibe perfectly – location is super quite with village center literally around the corner and 5 different beached located within walking distance. Apartment is very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, ergonomic for three of us, lots of storage space, and it has a magnificent view from a large terrace. The terrace does not have direct sunlight throughout first half of the day, and is sunny partially in the afternoon – so you could really enjoy BEING THERE any time of day and all the al fresco breakfasts, lunches and dinners (also sunbathe, if you feel 3 min walk to the beach is just too much of a journey in the afternoon). Apartment is well equipped with all the necessities you might need during your stay and kitchenware if you cook. There is no conditioner, but not necessary if you ventilate and use window shades wisely (and want to breathe fresh sea air). Special thank you to our hosts who have been very responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay at their apartment! We would be glad to return!

Very homi private , clean, quite of the street.

Stayed not once, 5-6 times,always coming back knowing we are welcome. Apartment is really nicely furnished, clean, facing garden. Everything you need is there, if you need help, e-mail or call and Loic is there to assist. Otherwise hosts are very respectful to your privacy. Parking your car in the back of villa Is convenient . Location is the best, 5 min to all restaurants.shops, beaches,bus. Almost reluctant to write this review , want to keep it for myself! Not fear to the owners! Tatyana, Boston MA, USA

Classe, confort, mer et soleil

Appartement spacieux et raffiné au cœur d'un petite village très chic. L'équipement et la décoration sont parfaits. Les propriétaires sont charmants serviables et disponibles. Le port, les restaurants et plusieurs plages sont situés à 5 mn à pieds. Les balades autour du cap sont fantastiques. Idéal pour un séjour "luxe" à deux au bord de la mer.

A comfortable apartment in a beautiful area

A very comfortable apartment with good facilities in a beautiful part of the world. The owner is on hand and provides a warm welcome. There are good walks around the cap or if you want to explore further there are good bus links. There are many restaurants and shops a short walk away.

Un appartement très agréable

Cet appartement est bien équipé,entretenu, et joliment aménagé, l'espace est très équilibré, doté d'une belle lumière.La terrasse permet de se mettre à l'écart, côté chambre. On y trouve le confort nécessaire, et on apprécie l'amabilité des personnes qui nous accueillent. A proximité du centre et de toutes les plages,on peut aussi s'y détendre. A conseiller pour deux personnes, et éventuellement deux jeunes enfants. Des concerts, et fêtes, en été, sont organisées dans le village.

Pamper the senses

You know how it is – you discover something great: a café, a restaurant, a movie, etc. You enjoy the experience so much, you want to repeat it. Thing is, disappointment can hit the second time around. We still remember with horror, a second visit to a restaurant where we had once dined finely. Happily, one can also get lucky. Our first time at Loic’s we waxed lyrical, hating that the time spent was all too short. We decided a longer time was the only cure. This year, we booked a longer stay. Would we be disappointed? It was like coming home. Within minutes, it was as if the place were settling itself about us; as if we’d never been away. We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended the time. It was not enough. It was just as hard to leave when the time came. A short walk to the port to lots of amenities including w/e evenings of soft, cool jazz by Trio Nous makes this the perfect place to pamper the senses. As ever, the hosts are kind, helpful, discreet, and totally non-obtrusive. We’ve already decided that only an even longer stay next time might be the cure. Doubt it. A month? Six weeks? Longer? This is going to be very difficult. Really, really difficult. Short of buying it…

Very close to the Village

This is a very nice one bedroom apartment that is about 5 mins walk from the village and another 10 to the Beach. You would not need a car as public transport is very good. The apartment is perfect for a couple and has two outdoor balconies one off the living room and one off the bedroom. The view is not to the sea but over gardens and to the mountains. There is no air conditioning but there is a large fan. (Perhaps the owners could install a ceiling fan in the bedroom) The owners live in the same complex and there is a private car park space around the corner. All in all this is a very nice spot to call home when you are on holidays in this stunning part of France
