Please note that the property consists of 2 units, each designed with a double-layer soundproof wall and intentional outdoor space layout to ensure complete privacy. Each unit has its own private entrance and designated parking, creating a secluded and tranquil environment for all guests. Note that the laundry is shared between the two units.

Guest access
Our smart lock system provides guests with the convenience of keyless access throughout their stay. This means that you can enter the entire home, including the backyard and main house without any hassle.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:

Please note check- in time is 3:00pm, check- out is by 11:00 am. The process will be automated and private. Early check- in or late check- out requests may be accommodated based on reasonability and availability. Requests must be made prior to stay for consideration.

GENERAL RULES:

- Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor spaces, specifically on the private front porch.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- No extra or overnight guests without prior confirmation. Please message us beforehand for approval.
- No loud noise or music past 10:00 PM.

Other Important Notes:

- The home is built and offered only for mid to long-term stays.
- Please take out the trash by Thursday morning for pickup.
- Move cars from the house side of the street every first and third Monday of each month. Vehicle citations are the sole responsibility of the guests.
- We have 3 outdoor camera's for security purposes only. One faces the entrance of the front door, one is outside the right side patio near the kitchen (overlooking the side entrance) and the last one is over the left side gate entrance.
- The laundry is shared between the two units.
