Beautiful Remodeled Townhome w/Quick Walk to the Disney Resort & Conv. Center

Location is the key to a great long term rental!! This townhome is located in the perfect area for visiting the Disney Resort, visiting the California beaches or just relaxing and going to the pool. We are a 20 minute walk from Disneyland and California Adventure or a 30 minute drive to the California beaches. Also, if you are visiting to attend a convention we are just a 5 minute walk around the corner from the Anaheim Convention Center.

Here is what we have to offer in our long term rental Town home:

Master Bedroom - features a Cal. King bed, 50" LED Smart TV, baby changing table, Pack n Play and an iron and ironing board.

Master Bathroom - newly remodeled shower with built in tile seat. New vanity, lighting and mirror.

Guest Room 1 - features a Queen bed, 40" LED Smart TV

Guest Room 2 - features Full over Full Bunk bed which can accommodate 2 children on each of the top and bottom bunk or 1-2 adults on the bottom bunk.

Hall Bathroom - newly remodeled shower and tub. New vanity, lighting and mirror.

Downstairs Bathroom - New vanity, lighting and mirror.

Great for long-term stays!

My daughter and I shared with another mom and her daughter - we needed a place for the school year. It was a safe and comfortable neighborhood near many activities and close to the freeways. The owner, Sean, is very responsive. A few things needed repair over our stay and he got on it immediately. A few items were more worn, but again, he is responsive and updates as needed. We needed to move to a larger space or would have stayed. Really great stay!

Home away from Home

My guest and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sean's home. I'm only disappointed we could not book it for the duration of our stay in Anaheim. The pictures do not do this rental justice. It is very spacious and comfortable. The location is close to shopping restaurants and entertainment. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Loved everything about it.

Everything you need for a comfortable, extended stay

We needed a place to stay long term while waiting for our new home to be built, and we were so fortunate to have found this property. We stayed in comfort here for 9 months. The condo is fully stocked and it easily accommodated our family of three, and still allowed room for grandma to come visit for a short time. It is bigger than it looks in the photos and there is a garage. The community is well-tended, safe, and quiet. The owner Sean was great! He is a responsive and considerate host who was very accommodating and always available to help, from day one when he met us and oriented us to the place, to the final days when we were coordinating the details of our check-out. As newcomers to the area, it was so nice to have a friendly contact to chat with and answer our questions as they came up. The rental was very cozy and had everything we needed to quickly get settled and enjoy the local area (the pool/ beach toys for kids were a nice bonus, there is a high chair/ stroller available for use, and the kids room has a sturdy bunk bed). There is an enclosed outdoor patio that was so nice for outdoor meals or allowing our 4 year old to safely play outside, and there is access to the community pool. We were very happy to have landed here as our introduction to Orange County and would be quick to return/ recommend this to visiting friends.

2nd stay - favorite in area

We've stayed at a few other properties in this area. When I asked my kids where they wanted to stay for this last trip, they voted unanimously for this property. It's a little further walk to the Disney parks than some properties further north, but a much cleaner and safer-feeling community. My kids loved the pools when we weren't at the parks, and this spacious condo is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Sean is also very responsive, and has the place well stocked. 5 stars all around, hope to stay here again!

Great Vacation House

Part of a great vacation is the place where you stay and this place was perfect for our family. Very close to Disbeyland, Knotts Berry and all other attractions of Southern California. The property owners were quick and very helpful. We look forward to staying here again!

Superb, Spacious VRBO which met ALL needs

This Disneyland Condo surpassed ALL our expectations. We were a party of two but 3 large bedrooms & 2.5 baths could accommodate a large family . Furnishings are tasteful and abundant, closets are huge , and there are three giant Smart tv’s . The Unit was immaculate and stocked with full kitchen items . The owner always responded immediately to any question we had and met us on arrival to review our questions . The Village surroundings are very quiet & yards & condos are neatly maintained. We had a large patio with furnishings & a barbecue . Our SUV was secure in a double car garage which had a modern washer & dryer, strollers , car seat, & beach toys . . The location of the Confo is perfect for Disneyland visitors ............... an easy 20 minute walk . The value of this condo cannot be overstated . We have stayed in VRBO’s in this country & internationally . This has beeen our BEST experience .

Long overdue but I have to review it!

The house is amazing and clean! Very spacious and great amenities. The neighborhood is so close to everything, yet quiet and safe. There is free parking and a covered garage in the house. The owner, Sean, is very decent and super helpful! I would totally recommend it and stay there if I go to anaheim again.

The townhome was amazing and Clean

We stayed at Sean and Deanna for 31 days. Sean was very helpful from the beginning.. He helped with the information and all the details that we needed to know before arriving. The townhome was super clean and we had plenty of space for each one. We are a family of 5, me and husband and our 2 kids and a baby! We all had space and even i found out that there was a changing table and a crib for my baby. The backyard, garage and everything was clean and tidy. All the 3 rooms was super clean and spacious and even the bathrooms had all the supplies. Definitely we will stay there again when we head to California. Anaheim is a very quiet and nice neighborhood. Disneyland is just a 10 min walk. We left the car and went with uber with 5 dollars trip to Disneyland. Target is 10 min away as well. We didn’t want to leave there! We all loved it so much. Thanks Sean and Deanna ❤️

Very very great

We are a family of six, we found it roomy, comfortable, and better than what is shown in pictures.. a vast living room on the ground floor, neat furniture, a big screen with a Netflix subscription, a kitchen filled with all your needs and more, a yard with a beautiful seating area and a grill, a small bathroom, three bedrooms on the first floor with two separate bathrooms, a garage that can fit up to two cars, a beautiful pool for the residents of the compound thats only a few steps away. The area is classy and very safe, and its close to Disneyland and a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. Everything was perfect. We stayed for 31 nights and wished for more.. i would definitely not hesitate to come back to this great place. I urge my friends and everybody to go there. Thank you Sean for the honest and classy manners. Best regards from me and my family. P.S: sorry for the late review, I was busy the last month.

Just Amazing

I stayed here for 6 weeks with my husband and 3 children. It exceeded my expectations. The house itself was decorated to a very high standard and was spotless clean. All of the furnishings are of great quality and it had everything from a childs stroller to shampoo in the bathrooms. A very well equipped home. It really is a home from home.The location is very central (minutes to disney and close to freeways). The pool is excellent. Clean and very well kept.We spent many days chilling by the pool after busy days at disney, universal, knotts etc. I really can not recommend this property enough. It is greater than a 5 star...it is gold star. I hated to leave it as did the rest of my family. Sean is an exceptional host and very easy to deal with. When I return to Anaheim this is definitly where I will return to. Thanks Sean for opening your door to us. We have had an amazing time. Sinead (Ireland)

If you are lucky enough to rent this property

There is not enough space or stars to truly give the review that Sean and Deanna Walker deserve. They are honest and thoughtful, my only regret is that we can not stay longer. Like I said, if there calendar permits it and you are looking for a place to stay for at least 30 days, I promise you will not regret it. I fill so strongly about renting here I will guarantee it, you can not go wrong. It is surly a six star experience. Thank you from our family.

Best town house , best neighborhood to stay in Anaheim , the owner was friendly & helpful

The town house is provided with everything as mentioned by the owner , there nothing you would need and couldnt find it there , even strollers for you children. We 're a party of 8 adults and a child that we found it bigger and comfortable than the photos. The neighborhood and community was perfect 5 minutes to Disneyland whenever I'll visit california I wish to stay at this house again . Thank you Sean for your hospitality and returning back our security deposit.
