Our group of 8 women had an absolutely wonderful stay Whitewater Villa!The property is beautiful - spacious and clean with a lovely kitchen, large and comfortable bedrooms with little nooks and areas throughout this huge house to sit by yourself, read or play games. It is walking distance to the Whitewater Trail, cute shops, coffee places, restaurants and a great brewery. We spent several hours at Mt. Princeton Hot Springs which was a very easy drive from the property. Our host, Kaitlyn, was incredibly attentive and responsive! We would highly recommend this property for bigger groups and families!

The house was well-maintained. The host was extremely responsive including about getting a plumber to unclog a drain in a bathroom. The fact that there was a long eating table and kitchen island made it special - plenty of kitchen work space and everyone could sit together at one table.The views are breathtaking. And the location is idea to the Midland Trail system, the Arkansas River, and downtown. Hope to utilize it again in the future.

Beautiful home and location

We had a great time there! The home is spacious and inviting. Kaitlyn was prompt with the communication-the directions told us exactly how to get there, check in and out, and she answered our questions in a very timely manner. There was plenty of room for the 11 of us to spread out. We loved the big gathering area next to the kitchen for hanging out all together. The beds were really comfortable too. We appreciated having the crib, pack n play and two high chairs available for the littles. It is within walking distance to a park, the river trail etc. Thanks Kaitlyn-we hope to stay there again!

New Year Family Getaway

First of all our dates were 1/01/2025 thru 1/04/2025 and not what it states above. Overall we had a really great time staying at this property. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen as a family and enjoyed that we were all able to eat together, because of the large dining room table and large island. We would have liked to have a few more cooking items such as a crockpot and baking pans. The downstairs bedrooms did not have trash cans.

Extremely clean and well maintained property, beds were comfortable, rooms luxurious and within walking distance of downtown Buena Vista. Our host, Kaitlyn, is excellent with prompt, thorough communications and her friendliness and professionalism truly added to the enjoyment of our stay.
