Everything was great. We were in town for the Fiesta Bowl, and there was plenty of room for our family of six. The beds were comfy, the living area was spacious, there were large Roku TV’s throughout. There were plenty of towels, K cups, shampoo, and other necessities. The pool area was beautiful. Communication with the host was excellent, and he recommended a local brunch place (Hash Kitchen) that we all enjoyed. We all wish that we had been staying a little longer, and if we make it back to the area, we would definitely stay here again

Great Property with a Great Host

We visit the Phoenix/Avondale roughly twice a year and this property and the host is by far the best experience we've had. The host Austin was very accommodating to our early arrival request and maintained contact to ensure our stay was perfect. The house was beautiful, in a very quiet neighborhood and with great restaurants within a 10 minute drive.
