The property was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. Check-in was easy and the property manager was very responsive. We will definitely stay there again if it’s available.
The location was great! Close to BYU campus and hiking. The space was clean and well stocked. Our family enjoyed the ping pong table and the gathering space.
Our stay here was great! The check in process was simple. The house was clean and well organized. The views from the front yard were amazing. The host was very friendly.
We needed a quiet, budget friendly place and it fit the bill just fine. Diane was very responsive and helpful.

Great location, short walk to the Creamery and Heritage Halls. Clean space. Did not have basement smells. The kids loved the ping pong table inside since it was so cold. The house had everything you would need available.
The property was neat and clean. It is in a basement so you might hear people above you, but the owners were nice and answered any questions I had. It's in a nice area right below BYU's famous Y on the mountain. We walked to BYU each day and it was short and easy. I would stay here again
Clean, comfortable and cool. Diane was very easy to communicate with. I was a little nervous that the description said the kitchen didn’t have a range, but there were toaster ovens, electric burners and a microwave, so it was very easy to make meals. It was a very hot week in Provo, but the AC worked great and thus it was a relief to come “home.” We enjoyed our stay very much!

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication
The kitchen was not fully stocked with anything, no oven, toaster, etc. Rooms were not ready when we got there to check in and had to come back and hour later. Bedroom beds were small and this house definitely can’t sleep larger groups, it was hard sleeping two adults in one bed. Upstairs neighbor was loud and up at all hours of the night.
This was my first time using Vrbo. The home was clean, cozy, and had the amenities that we needed. It is in a quiet and clean neighborhood. The property is short driving distance to everything Provo has to offer.
Now onto the host. Diane was fantastic. Kind and very helpful. She had notes in the home with information related to the stay. She was very communicative and stopped by to say hello. I could not recommend booking with her enough.
