In 2nd bdrm, glass/screen porch, oceanview, pool, spa, laundry, library, bbq grill, picnic table, shuffleboard, wifi, new flat screen tv. Trolley stops at property and goes to wells beach, kennebunk, ogunquit, york & sanford. 2 play areas for kids, basketball, horseshoes, volleyball, laundry.
Parking for 2 vehicles. Sheets, pillow cases and towels are available for a fee or you may bring your own.
Small non shedding dog accepted.
