This 2 bedroom, 1 bath, cottage is located in the beautiful, private area of Beach Dreams, newly renovated with new mattresses, new ac unit, new dishwasher. Perkins Cove village located 2 min walk to main pool area, club house. in Wells Maine. Beach Dreams is a gated cottage resort situated on 43 acres with a swimming pool, hot tub, exercise facility, club house. This property is very close to ogunquit, York, and Kennebunkport. 5 min car ride to the beaches. 20 min ride to shopping outlets. Only an hr or so away from the White Mountains. 30 min away from Old Orchard Beach. So many options!!

Love this area, this community is perfect for kids. Bring their bikes! Roads r very safe only 5mph.
