The property was nothing like the pictures, outdoor was dirty, and everything was overgrown. The house was infested with ants, mold in the bathrooms. Two out of five bedrooms had TVs as a profile set every bedroom had one , kitchen was dirty. paid a lot of money for this rental was very disappointed.

A renter that paid under market value, didn’t mention any problems or complaints until now. I certainly would not rent to this person again.

The owner really needs to invest in some basic upkeep.The outside property was overgrown and had garbage laying around as if the place was vacant for months.Inside the kitchen has ants, both bathrooms had black mold on the shower curtains.The grill had no gas (3 empty tanks) and was left a complere mess.All of this can easily be rectified with thorough cleaning and basic upkeep.

Guest was notified that the grill may need propane depending on previous use with previous renters. A full incomplete cleaning of the house is done prior to every visit. There is no mold present, but likely water discoloration on the shower curtains. Ants may have been present due to food left out by previous renters which I cannot control. We have placed and traps throughout the house and in the kitchen to help counteract this issue. Guest is a bit unrealistic with his expectations, especially considering the very low nightly rent. He was charged. This is not a $10 million beachfront property yet the guest expectations were in line with that type of house. Would not rent to him again.
