Quaint little home minutes from the river. Located between Lake Havasu and Laughlin NV, this home features 2bd 2ba in a quiet little area in the Rancho Palo Verde area. It has a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen and an indoor laundry room. Large, covered patio in back with an attached garage. Nice unobstructed views to the north, which backs up to an agricultural area that's Indian Reservation. Minutes to the Avi Resort Casino. Neighbors to huge open desert area for ATV riding. Also close to the Arizona Peace Trail. Many nearby trails to local mines for adventures with Jeeps and ATV. Las Vegas just 90 minutes away and Hoover Dam even closer. Great place for those that enjoy the outdoors! Our monthly rate is 2000/mo.

This is our summer getaway home to enjoy the outdoor water activities nearby. We enjoy taking our watercrafts on the river nearby. The river connects to Lake Havasu to the south and to Laughlin to the north. ATV activities are very popular in the cooler months, and they have many awesome trails around. We enjoy the Jeep rides the most to nearby mines.

This area is right next to the lands for riding and not too far from the city but far enough for peaceful nights and mornings. No city lights to obstruct your views at night for star gazing
