This house is in a great location that is close to Needles, Laughlin, Lake Havasu and only 2 hours from Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon.

Adorable place, great space and layout!

Had a blast visiting the area and our stay here! Great location for paddle boarding Topack Gorge one day and out of Laughlin the next!

Great house

We had a great time at this house. It was very comfortable and I appreciated the kitchen being well stocked and organized with pots, pans and other kitchen necessities. Jodi was easy to communicate with and allowed us an early check in. We will definitely stay here again!

Great River Pad

This is a really nice property situated perfectly near the river and local shopping. Has everything you need and the host is readily available and easy to work with. We spent 4 great days there and look forward to returning. Ample parking and nice quiet neighborhood!

Wonderful experience

The property was lovely, including kids toys, coffee, etc. it was a luxurious stay. Checking in was easy and the property owner was very responsive, we will definitely be staying here again!

Awesome Experience

I would recommend this house to anyone. The view was amazing. The host has great communication skills. You can reach out and they will definitely respond. Everything you needed was at the house. I couldn’t have chosen better!

Family getaway

We came to celebrate my 3 year olds birthday at the river. We had a great time and the house was great! It was a good size and there were plenty of blankets, toys, and options for sleeping. We had 12 people so it wasn’t a small group. The host offered coffee and spices for cooking as well as plenty of dishes and cookware. The host was accommodating, my 3 yo even locked us out of a bedroom and the host was quick to get the situation under control. Definitely recommend.

I would give this property 10 stars if I could. We were up there for the week celebrating Thanksgiving with family nearby. The kitchen had everything I needed to make a Thanksgiving dinner. The house had plenty of space for my family to spread out even my cranky teenager had a great time. This is will be our go to rental every time we come up thank you for everything.
