This new construction unit was built in 2023 as a 1bd/1bth ideal for travel nurses, remote workers, or anyone ready to relax!

This unit includes a private entrance, a designated work space, fast internet, washer/dryer in unit, basic beach supply available for use, fully stocked kitchen with a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, rice maker, toaster, instant pot, crockpot, and more. This pet friendly property includes a shared fenced in yard, newly refinished pool, grill, sun loungers, pool floats, an outdoor seating and dining space!

The beautiful backyard space is shared with the homeowners, however we are focused on your privacy and experience so please communicate your needs and preferences.

Other things to note
No glass allowed poolside or smoking in unit. Please clean up after yourself and pet.
