Stroll down Voltaire street and engage all your senses for all kinds of delights and sights. Our studio is located in one of the most desirable areas in Ocean beach. No matter what direction you head, you will find yourself immersed in the pulse and grove of OB. Located only 3 blocks from one of the most popular beaches in San Diego and the famous OB Pier. Short-Term Residential Occupancy License: STR-06950L

Stroll down to the beach, or mosey along popular Newport Ave. OB offers new breweries, fun restaurants, antique shops, surf shops, surfing, taquerias, and great sunsets.

Perfect for a romantic getaway or road trip destination!

There is no A/C but being so close to the beach, you get a great sea breeze, but just in case, there is a portable fan (stored in the closet).

Thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between stays and contact-free check-in.

Nicely decoarated cottage with good basic amenities. A place like OB doesn't need air conditioning, but it was nice the cottage had a stand up fan so that it didn't get too stuffy. Great location within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach.

I had a great stay at Francesca’s place. The room was clean and had everything I need for a great week long stay for work. Close to tons of food options and a great market right across the street. A nice stroll to the beach which I visited at least twice a day. Quiet and just what I hoped for

Cute cottage - parking can be a pain. Will say - 6am flight pattern is over head. Perfect place for 2 people. - Bed could use an update - body dent on my side - but my sisters side was good. Water pressure sucked in Shower - tough to get the sand out from everywhere Noodle place across the street 5- about a 6 block walk to beach. Would stay again.

Convenient stay for some beach time

Cute studio apartment was perfect for one or two people. It's an easy walk to the beach, many restaurants, coffee shops and stores. It's a little loud being in the airport flight path, but no problems at evening bedtime when there are few flights.

Comfortable Stay for a Quick Visit to OB

My husband and our dog enjoyed the property for a short trip to Ocean Beach/San Diego from Las Vegas. The bed was comfortable. We were walkable to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We had no luck with parking out front of the property, but found nearby street parking spots and when it came time to load up and leave, there was parking in the back alley. It was nice to have the fan, we would have died without it because it does get warm/stuffy in the space. If you're a light sleeper, you might find it difficult with the passing airplane noise overhead, but you'd likely hear that anywhere you stayed in OB.

Perfect place to spend a few nights

This rental was the perfect location to spend a long weekend when in town for a graduation party. The rental was exactly as listed with even more provided than we anticipated. We didn’t have a car so I can’t speak to parking, but we had no problems hopping into Ubers on the street. We were also a 10 min walk to the beach, and another 10 min to an area with a lot of beachfront restaurants. There was also coin operated laundry right behind the unit, and, though you could hear planes throughout the day, it was overall a quiet area. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again!!
